The Spring Cleaning Bug has also inspired me to get some of the items piled on my shelves into my Storia VINTAGE shop, and to put others on SALE. Some vintage mirrors and ribbon were added (plus other goodies) while some Aprons and Scrap Packs were reduced…
The weather has been BEAUTIFUL today and I am not bragging cause I had nothing to do with it, but boy am I grateful for it. This winter was perhaps the hardest in a long time. The greyness seemed to affect me more than usual and I am so glad to see some sun and drive around town with the windows down…
Tomorrow my sister Jemimah and her husband Adam come in from Germany. It has been over a year since we have seen them and I can’t believe it. I can’t wait to see her and I know the boys are too excited!
If you saw my hair you would be able to tell it has been a year since she moved. Trust me. Jemimah is the BEST hairdresser I have ever had, and after 2 less-than-great stylist experiences since she left, I gave up and decided to hold out for her visit. (I guess after this, I am going to have to save my pennies and go to Germany for my next “do.”) I hope she is ready because I need the WORKS. I have given her warning and I hope she remembered to pack her scissors… In fact I am plotting to turn this weekend into a Spa Weekend of sorts, with my brother Joshua giving us all Deep Tissue Massages and Facials. Did I mention that he is a professional masseuse? Oh yeah baby.
