This is Zoe. I found her at Savers yesterday. I thought I was buying her for my booth. For some little girl who would see her and have to have her. Turns out I was that little girl.
I brought her home and Jemimah said “your family sure does like cuddley things!” She is right. We are a family full of cuddly things. And we could always use more.
Nathan and I watched The Family Stone the other night. It was big and loud and fraught with flawed people and honest heart break, and the kind of moments in family life when you can either leave or laugh. I hope we choose laugh every time.
After it was over, Nathan turned to me and said “we gotta get some more kids.” I couldn’t agree more.

I whole-heartedly agree with the more kids comment…but I can’t wait until I finally just get to have the husband and the first kiddo. The Family Stone was so perfectly written; it has become one of my all-time favorite movies!!!
