Find a long stick

Make your PomPoms in a variety of sizes and colors

Cut-out leaf shapes from construction paper (need a pattern? Try THIS one.)

Layer smaller leaves on-top of larger ones.

Write things you are thankful on the smaller leaves using markers

Punch hole in stem portion of leaves

Using excess yarn, tie pompoms and leaves to your stick at various lengths.

Tie one piece of yarn on each of the stick, then tie together

Hang on a wall in your home where everyone will see it often!
