So I bought a little point and shoot camera.
Because my big fancy camera is buried somewhere in one of two storage units.
Yep. I planned that one great.
But I have been wanting a point and shoot for a while. Something to stand in between the Big Momma Camera and my phone.
And with Miles playing soccer now, and the Arkansas Women Blogger’s Conference coming up, and other fun ventures on the horizon, I was feeling the need for something a little more than my camera app.
Plus I had coupon. (Golly I love a good coupon.
So the timing seemed perfect.
So this weekend, I found a sale, I used that coupon, and bought a little Canon, happy to be back in the picture-taking mode again.
Of course once I got home and got the battery charged, I realized that I also needed a memory card.
So off to Target I went.
Back home, I did some practice shots of the boys, the kitchen, me in my very dirty mirror…
After I had clicked a few photo’s I realized, I was gonna also need a memory card reader.
Because again – guess where the ones I already have are?
Yep. You guessed it.
Storage.
(Insert palm to face.)
So back out I went – this time to Hastings, where I found an inexpensive reader.
And then at long last I was in business.
After three days and three stores, I finally got my act together.
I now have a camera, and a memory card, and a way to transfer said memories onto my computer so that I can share them with you.
Aren’t you so lucky?
xoxo
