ย Well the time has come for the last of the 5 for 5 Giveaways. This Blogiversary celebration sure has been fun to share with each of you, and I am a little sad to have to pack up the party supplies, blow out the candles and put everything back to normal till this time next year.
But it is not all over yet! We still have one more FABULOUS giveaway left!

A few weeks ago I had the wonderful pleasure of seeing Eleanor at the Arkansas Literary Festival
A few weeks ago I had the wonderful pleasure of seeing Eleanor at the Arkansas Literary Festival
Both Eleanor and her book are absolutely wonderful and as 1 of 3 adult sisters I was particularly drawn to to this tale of sisters “love each other, but don’t like each other very much.”
(Not that my sisters and I have ever thought such a thing about each other, especially not in our adolescents..ahem).
Eleanor’s book is a raging success and has already been published overseas as shown by these alternate book covers from the UK and the Netherlands.
You can read/listen to excerpts here
and read all sorts of interviews and reviews of Eleanor and her book here
And if you have a book club, I think this would be a great addition to your reading list. There is a lot of material here that would be great fodder for conversation and analysis and what more could a book club want?
Since the Lit Fest, I have been delighted to become Blog pals with Eleanor and she has graciously offered up not just one of her books for a giveaway but an autographed copy straight from her! How lovely is that?
Somehow it makes the book even better to know that the writer is a generous, down to earth, former middle school teacher who is intrigued by birth order as I am and who has taken to her new success with delight and affection and is not the least bit snobby or aloof.
Thanks Eleanor for writing such a lovely book and for sharing it – and yourself- with us at the Lit Fest and now on the blog! You are a peach!!
But wait there is MORE!
Because every book lover also has an affinity for words and letters, the winner of this giveaway will also get their pick ofย a Vintage Typewriter Necklace in the letter of their choice from my good friend Erin’s new venture-
E. Leigh’s Handbags and Accessories.
Erin has amazing taste and I am so proud of her for going out on her own and chasing her dream!ย I cannot wait till she opens her brick-and-mortar store her locally -I will be a faithful customer for sure.

The last good book I've read–The Provence Cure for a Broken Heart–a new release and very good!
I'd love to read The Weird Sisters – Eleanor was delightful at the Lit Fest! Last good book…I just finished rereading “The Cellist of Sarajevo” for book club. It's lovely.
I would love to have a signed copy of The Weird Sisters! I bid on one during the write4red campaign, but I lost. ๐
I would like to give the C necklace to my own sister. She and I could definitely identify with the weird sisters!

Oh! The last great book I read was Drinking Closer To Home.

The last great book I read was “Major Pettigrew's Last Stand.” Oh, how I loved it! I need to read The Weird Sisters because Eleanor Brown is coming to visit our store–an independent bookstore in Arlington, VA called One More Page Books. I would choose a “W” for my necklace because, believe it or not, “Weird” is my 20yr. old son's nickname for me. As in, “What up, Weird?” Ah, kids.
I've read a ton lately, but my favorite as of late is anything by Lisa See. Shanghai Girls, Peony in Love, and Snowflower and the Secret fan!
I would get an R necklace in honor of my little love.
And I blogged about it!!!

Tweeted, subscribed, and commented! ๐ The last great book I read was actually non-fic – The Disappearing Spoon. Loved it cover to cover! I'd choose an L for my kid sister Lauren – with 27 years and 300 miles between us, we're about as weird as they come ๐
HI! The last book I read and loved was the The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton! It was such a great read and it brought back my love for Fairy Tales. It was truly inspiring. I would love the letter “V”.. for me of course!
I tweeted about this Giveaway and I am following the blog. About to post information about it on my very own blog… http://mypenmyvoice.blogspot.com
I would love to read this book! I am the oldest of 3 girls. My youngest sister actually passed away 5 months ago.Sad and throws a new dynamic in my relationship with my remaining sister.
Thank you for introducing me to this book!
(and of course I'd pick 'N' for me!)
I am looking forward to reading The Weird Sisters! I have two sisters and enjoy a unique relationship with each of them. The last book I read was One Second After by William R. Forstchen.
I would choose the letter 'G'
I am one of three sisters…right smack dab in the middle. Last book read was Francine Rivers, Her Daughter's Dream. Currently reading The Case For Christ and One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp.
I just finished 'Water for Elephants' and it was good, but the last GREAT book I read?? “One Thousand Gifts” by Ann Voskamp. It. Was. Amazing. EVERYONE on Earth should read it!!
(& I'd have a tough time picking just ONE letter because I'm crazy like that, but if forced to choose, I would choose 'G':)
Oh, PS…I'm tweeting this. ๐
The last book I read was Sherlock Holmes ๐ and I'd get the letter A for Ashley
I was lucky enough to get a galley of THE WEIRD SISTERS (my other blog is a book blog)and I loved it! Such a good book!

sounds like a great book! would love to win and read it! then pass it onto my sister to read!lol I would pick my initial “R”, which is also my teen sons. He would probably steal this from me or we could call it sharing. Last book I read was “Firefly lane” author can't remember.
Also already follow your great blog
I really want to read this one. For the letter, I think I'd go with K so my sister could have it. The last good book I read? I really enjoyed The Raising by Laura Kasischke.
lauren51990 at aol dot com
The last good book I read was The Girl who Kicked the Hornet's Next, the 3rd in the Dragon Tattoo series . But I'm always reading; and so many are good.
I'd choose the letter S; it would make a nice Mother's Day gift for me!
The last good book I read was The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I read the other two too but that one was the best of the three ๐ I would choose the letter D, for my husband, cause he is wonderful ๐
I finished reading Delirium by Lauren Oliver which I rather enjoyed. I love books & this one looks great as does the typewriter key necklace. I'm hoping I win! x
I follow u. x
I want to read that book just because of the title “The Weird Sisters”. It makes me want to laugh. Love the typewriter key necklace.
Danielle
I follow you.

Unfortunately I haven't read any good “grown up” books lately. My favorite children's book I just read to my little ones was “And the Dish Ran Away with the Spoon” by Janet Stevens. As for the necklace? I would choice a “B” in memory of my sister that just recently passed away.
The Weird Sisters is on my book club's wish list. I'm even on the waiting list at the library!! I read I Will Carry You by Angie Smith and it was so great. Also, Water For Elephants…..great book, great movie!
This is a VERY exciting giveaway for me. First of all, I am in two book clubs and LOVE to read and I am a book-a-holic! Secondly, my name starts with E! (I'm the “e” in Jemm). Oh my goodness I hope I win.
Would love to read this book! I am one of six sisters (and four brothers) but unfortunately lost one of my younger sisters to breast cancer. We are all very close but love to reminisce about our youth and the times we didn't all get along. Books on sisters and sibling order intrigue me of course. The last book I really enjoyed was “A Discovery of Witches” by Deborah Harkness. I loved it and can't wait for the sequels! Thanks for the chance!!
p.s. I'd love the letter W. I have a mixed media necklace I made with my grands initials included except for one grandson and that would finish it!
p.s.s. Do you think this comment is long enough!?!
I'm a follower, too.

My first post has been lost ๐ so I'm trying again. If I won this necklace, my middle daughter, Caitlin would receive it as a gift. I'd chose her initial, “C.” For some strange reason, she obsessed with old, manual typewriters. We don't have one and she's only ever seen one here in the charity shops in England. Plus she's my “writer.” She writes me little notes all the time – when she's upset, she writes in out in a note. Just ask Jemimah, she's my sensitive one.

I've posted as my status on FB this morning a referral for your blog.

Love your blog…love books and what fun it would be to win! Thanks for the contest. I think I would choose B for the necklace!
