So far I have made it thru The Postmistress (which I highly recommend) and I am loving the eyecandy and inspiration in Embroidered Treasures (can you believe I got it for a $1? Love a deal!!)

And there is a whole crew of pirates I may just have to bring to life for Miles this Christmas.
I mean how can you resist that face??
I am anxious to get started on the rest of the books, but with school having just started and 2 birthday parties I am trying not to feel too guilty about neglecting my pile.
It’s just sometimes I don’t want to start a good book till I know I will really be able to enjoy it.
It’s like saving the best bite of pie for last. I don’t want to rush and miss it.
Anybody else feel this way?

I loved The Miracles of Santo Fico! My mom loaned it to me, and I've read it twice. Sweet book.
I also have a neglected pile of 6 or 7 books I always mean to start or finish.
'Velva Jean' is one of my favorite books! Such a great story with the best character development! Happy reading!

Reading is such a pleasure, an escape beyond compare and so I like to give good books proper time and attention. The Goodwill stores here in my area have a book a month program where (with this card) you can pick one book a month, FOR FREE. It's fabulous.
Love reading but never enough time, I should have a bumper sticker that says, “I'd rather be reading!”
