You must go check out this post by my oldest (as in we have known each other since we were in diapers) friend Becca.
She has completely inspired me, and I now have visions of box houses dancing in my head…
I am thinking some Holiday versions are in order. In fact this may be the craft de jour for my our little Advent party we have every year…

i love this idea! we saw some at an art show this summer & i thought it would be a fun project to do with my older son! they'd be super cute for the holidays, with lots of wintery glitter on the roofs!

Holy cow, if I had known you would put me on the blog I would have taken better pictures.
But- thanks for admiring it. the best part is that it was so fun to build. Those lanterns still need to be strung (magic marker will work)

So cute! I used to love making little paper houses, furniture, cars… when I was a kid!

This is beyond cute! And I think I saw you and your babies this morning! Striped scarf?

Visited your “old” friend's blog. I'm totally blaming you guys for getting nothing today. Off to find cardboard boxes!

My sister and I loved paperdolls. The cardboard box reminded me of what we used to do when we played with the paper dolls. Have fun making them!

I love the paper lanterns! I bet that would look cute in a big room . . . anyway, I wanted to let you know that I’m doing a giveaway and to invite you over! Hope you had a great weekend!
