Yesterday, in the middle of all the partying I received a lovely package all the way from California! It was exactly what I needed to brighten my day (and many more to come I am certain!)
She was my partner for the Tussie Mussie Swap and I thought it was so funny that our color schemes were so similar (you can see what I sent her here.)
Can you believe all the lovely things she sent? And look at all the goodies inside: soaps, vintage papers, hardware and jewels, a wonderful old doily, a bit of vintage lace, the most beautiful cards and speckled robin eggs – oh so many yummy things!!!
Do you see that topper with the birds nest? I never even thought of putting a top on one, but it is such a great idea, especially for a nest lover like me. I think I am going to find a spot in either my bedroom or my office to hang her up so I can be inspired everyday!
