The point. The goal. The mission.
For families. For friends. For churches.
If we could just do this right, if we could be this for other people, I think a lot of other things would fall away…
“Sometimes you have really bad days and you need to cry about it, and I’m glad that you love us enough to do it in front of us. I know that sounds strange, but that’s what love is, being able to confide in someone that everything isn’t okay, and trusting that they will listen.”
PS- Jeanetta was worried about me after reading this post, so I thought I would add a pretty picture of our friends Molly and Tony and the sunset, and just clarify that I am fine, but that I loved this quote because it is so true, and said so well. And because sometimes I feel like this blog is all about glitter and thrifting, when really there is so much more going on in my heart and life, and I am often unsure how to blend it all together in blog form. And so this is just a little step in that direction…
Yes you are right. It is hard to blend it all together sometimes.>I think you do a great job though.>Rosemary
I know exactly how you’re feeling. Thanks for sharing this.
That is beautiful and so authentic. Thanks for graciously sharing these lines with us.
